No tracking

No analytics, no accounts, no SDKs. The App Store privacy label reads "Data Not Collected" because there is nothing to collect.

Works offline

Read, analyze, compare, and export entirely on the device. Built for the field, the hut, and the cable landing station.

Free to start

The viewer, basic analysis, demo traces, and learning topics are free. One optional one-time unlock adds the full toolkit. No subscription.

Everything a fiber tech needs to read a trace.

.sor reader + event classification

Open Telcordia SR-4731 traces from any OTDR. Interactive plot with color-coded events — connectors, splices, gainers, ghosts, and the fiber end, each graded.

A/B measurement + health score

Drop two markers to read distance, 2-point loss, and dB/km across any span. A 0–100 link health score with a clear pass/fail verdict, ORL, sections, and loss budget.

Baseline + bidirectional

Overlay a commissioning trace to see exactly what changed. Pair both directions for true splice loss that averages out backscatter bias (ITU-T G.650.3), with gainers resolved.

Dual-wavelength macrobend

Compare 1310 vs 1550 nm of the same fiber and flag bends — which lose more at the longer wavelength — apart from fusion splices, which stay flat across wavelengths.

Learn + calculators

23 illustrated, vendor-neutral topics from dead zones to PON and OTDR variants, plus field calculators for distance, dead zone, reach, loss budget, splitter loss, and averaging.

PDF reports + CSV

Generate a full PDF test report on the device — trace plot, graded event table, sections, findings, and recommendations — branded with your company and name. Export the event table as CSV.

Six tabs. Zero hunting.

The "no data collected" label isn't marketing.

The app makes no network requests except Apple's App Store when you choose to buy or restore. Your settings, saved traces, and reports stay on the device. Verify it yourself with iOS App Privacy Report — you'll find nothing else. Read the one-page privacy policy.

New installs get a one-time 24-hour full-access trial. The unlock follows your Apple ID across reinstalls and devices.

The things people ask first.

Which OTDR files does it open?

Telcordia SR-4731 .sor traces — the standard export of EXFO, VIAVI, Anritsu, Yokogawa, and most other OTDRs.

Is Pro a subscription?

No. Pro is a single one-time purchase ($14.99) that unlocks every advanced feature forever. There's nothing recurring. New installs also get a one-time 24-hour trial.

Does it need internet?

No. Reading, analysis, comparison, reports, learning, calculators, and the simulator all work in airplane mode. The only network use is Apple's App Store when you tap Unlock Pro or Restore Purchases.

Where do the analysis methods come from?

Public standards: Telcordia SR-4731, ITU-T G.650.x measurement methods, ITU-T G.652/G.657 fiber specs, IEC 61746, and TIA-568. Results separate pass/fail thresholds from engineering margins.

iPhone and iPad?

Both, on iOS/iPadOS 17 or later.
