This term is made from Mobile phone and Biotechnology.As we know that Mobile Phones are the most powerfull tool nowdays.Think if we integrate some of Biometric sensors on mobile phone like sensors that can measure your BP level by touch,narcotics level by your breath as well as sensor that can sense and scan our breath as well as check some of our abnormal body parameters .Then how much powerful tool it will be for human beings e.g:Timely people can get alerts for abnormalities as well as government can utilize this for data collection by bufferingall data to some core servers and then commuting together.Even with the help of ITU-T ;some bytes can be reserved for user health or abnormality monitoring.
